Seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative to answer approximately 100 telephone inquiries a day in a our fast paced high demand environment. You will be assisting with internal technical issues, resumption or discontinuance of service, troubleshooting and addressing customer's concerns as well as handling billing questions and new account set up/scheduling. Must have 1-2 years experience in a call center and be able to pass a background check. Must be computer savvy and able to type over 50 words per minute.
